Registration Policy:
For each submission there must be a registration (2 Papers = 1 Registration).
Student and regular registration fees cover conference reception, banquet, lunches, refreshment breaks between sessions, and conference materials.
Accompanying persons fee covers conference reception and banquet. In case an accompanying person wants to join lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, please contact the conference secretariat for further information.
Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests can be submitted to the Symposium Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 15 May 2016. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
